| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges by finding the physician’s assistant guilty of committing professional misconduct by having been convicted in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Dutchess County of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, Second Degree, a felony (one count) as well as having been convicted in the Peekskill City Court, Westchester County, State of New York of Forgery, Third Degree (one count). Previously on February 13, 2020 the physician’s assistants license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
