The physician must comply with the terms and conditions of the Kentucky Board order and provide a ninety day notice before resuming the practice of medicine in New York State.  Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician did not contest the allegations in full satisfaction of the charges of professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Board of Medical Licensure of the Commonwealth of Kentucky Medical Board for departing from or failing to conform to acceptable and prevailing medical practices regarding the diagnosis; treatment and/or recordkeeping in the course of medical practice which would be deemed to be gross incompetence, gross ignorance or gross negligence
