The Massachusetts Board’s action was based upon the physician’s care of six patients alleging that the physician’s conduct qualified as practicing medicine fraudulently or beyond its authorized scope, gross incompetence, gross negligence or negligence on repeated occasions and failing to maintain adequate medical records.Previously on February 27, 2019 the physician’s New York State medical license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
