| | Action Description for DOH Webpage: | The New York State Commissioner of Health pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230 and upon consideration of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine’s Final Order issued on February 28, 2022, lifting the suspension previously issued against the physician, has determined that there is no longer good cause for the continuance of the Commissioner’s Summary Order issued on February 27, 2019, suspending the physician’s New York State medical license. The physician’s license to practice medicine in New York State is fully restored. This rescission is without prejudice with regard to any further action by the New York State Commissioner or Health or New York State Department of Health as necessary. |
