 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:This order is a modification of the terms and conditions previously imposed under BPMC# 18-144 effective June 27, 2018 and does not constitute a new disciplinary action. The physician did not contest the charge of committing professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Maryland State Board of Physicians for diverting for his own use a quantity of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; being impaired and/or habitually abusing a Controlled Dangerous Substance and willfully making or filing a false report or record in the practice of medicine.
