| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician guilty of having committed professional misconduct both by having been found guilty by the Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery of professional misconduct and having been disciplined by the Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, who found that the physician suffered from a mental or physical inability to practice in a safe and competent manner and that he evidenced a lack of good moral character. The findings of the Michigan Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery would constitute misconduct in New York State. Previously on December 26, 2017 the physician’s New York State medical license was summarily suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
