| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Administrative Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee’s October 6, 2020 determination finding the physician guilty of committing professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Michigan Board of Medicine for negligence; lacking good moral character in his treatment of, and his prescribing of, controlled substances to numerous patients; possessing and prescribing drugs for other than lawful purposes and failing to comply with their Board’s lawfully issued subpoena. Previously on December 26, 2017, the physicians New York State medical license was suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
