During the period of license suspension, the physician is precluded from reliance upon his license to practice medicine to exempt him from the licensure, certification or other requirements set forth in statute or regulation for the practice of any other profession licensed, regulated or certified by the New York State Board of Regents, New York State Department of Education, New York State Department of Health or the New York State Department of State. Upon compliance with these conditions the physician may petition for a modification staying the indefinite suspension and may be subject to additional conditions. If approved the physician will be placed on probation for a period of no less than five years with conditions. Later on January 18, 2022, the physician's New York State medical license was revoked. |
