| | Action Description for DOH Webpage: | Interim non-disciplinary order of conditions precluding the practice of medicine clinical or otherwise in New York State and in any other jurisdiction where the practice of medicine is based solely upon her New York State medical license until the final disposition of the current investigation being conducted by the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct. The physician is no longer precluded from the practice of medicine in New York State as of November 29, 2016, however, the physician remains subject to all other terms, conditions and/or addendums imposed by the New York State BPMC Order #14-307. Later, the physician completed the period of conditions effective December 31, 2020 and her practice is now unrestricted. |
