| | Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charge finding the physician guilty of having been convicted in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey of Violating the Federal Health Care Program Anti-Kickback Statue. The Administrative Review Board on May 11, 2017 dismissed the physician's review petition for failing to file a brief in a timely manner. Previously, on October 24, 2016, pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230(12) (b) the physician?s New York State medical license was summarily suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
