| | Action Description for DOH Webpage: | The New York State Commissioner of Health pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230 and upon consideration of the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine Final Order Reinstating License to Unrestricted, Non-Suspended Status issued on February 15, 2017 has determined that there no longer exists cause for continuance of the Commissioner's Summary Order issued on October 24, 2016 suspending the physician's New York State medical license. The physician's license to practice medicine in New York State is fully restored. This rescission is without prejudice with regard to any further action by the New York State Commissioner of Health or Department of Health as necessary, including but not limited to resulting from any further action by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. |
