| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Hearing Committee sustained the charges of professional misconduct by finding the physician guilty of having been convicted in the Superior Court of New Jersey for Passaic County of Theft by Deception; practicing fraudulently by providing false information on a New York State Department of Education Registration Application and having been disciplined by the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners for engaging in conduct which evidences moral turpitude and for failing to demonstrate good moral character. Previously on April 25, 2016 the physician's New York State medical license was summarily suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
