Previously the Administrative Review Board had affirmed the Hearing Committee’s February 1, 2019 determination finding the physician guilty of having committed professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners for failing to maintain a patient medical record which meets the minimum standards. The Administrative Review Board had amended the Hearing Committee’s citation on pages one and three changing the citation from EL § 6530(9)(a)(ii) to EL§ 6530(9)(d). |
