 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician did not contest the charge of committing professional misconduct by having been convicted in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania Criminal Division of Indecent Assault Without Consent of Other and for having been disciplined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Osteopathic Medicine based on his criminal conviction. Previously on April 4, 2019 the physician was subject to Interim Non-disciplinary Order of Conditions.
