| Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage: | The Administrative Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee’s October 5, 2018 determination finding the physician guilty of having committed professional medical conduct by having been disciplined by the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners for having engaged in drug use in a manner which was likely to impair his ability to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety. The Review Board overturned the Hearing Committee’s penalty and revoked the physician’s New York State medical license. Previously on August 23, 2017 the physician’s New York State medical license was summarily suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health. |
