 Action Description for DOH Webpage:Indefinite license suspension until the physician's Nevada medical license is unrestricted and until he can prove to the New York State Board for Professional Medical Conduct that he is fit to practice medicine. During the period of suspension the physician is precluded from relying on his New York State medical license as a basis to practice medicine in any other setting or to exempt him from the licensure, certification or other requirements for the practice of any other profession licensed, regulated, or certified by the New York State Board of Regents, New York State Department of Education, New York State Department of Health or the New York State Department of State. Upon successful completion of all terms and conditions of the Nevada Board Order and after providing proof of fitness to the Board the physician may petition for a modification order staying the suspension. If the suspension is terminated, the physician will be placed on probation for no less than five years with conditions.
 Misconduct Description for DOH Webpage:The physician did not contest the charges of having committed professional misconduct by having been found guilty of professional misconduct for having been disciplined by the State Board of Medical Examiners of the State of Nevada for having used his Nevada Prescription Monitoring Program account to access the confidential patient information of a person who was not previously or presently his patient.

During the period of probation the physician may only practice medicine when his practice is being supervised by a licensed physician and he may be subject to additional conditions.
