  • The Health Commerce System (HCS) is a secure web-based system designed by the NYSDOH specifically for electronically exchanging health-related data and information between health care providers and NYSDOH.
  • After completing the HCS application request, you will be prompted if you would like to proceed to register for the 2009 Novel Influenza A H1N1 monovalent vaccine. The information entered for the HCS account application request will pre-populate appropriate fields on the vaccine registration form to expedite the process.

  • Current HCS account holders will be prompted to log in. Your account information on file will pre-populate the appropriate fields on the 2009 Novel Influenza A H1N1 monovalent vaccine registration form to expedite the process.
  • Use this link if you already have a Health Commerce System (HCS) Account and want to register your facility/practice/organization's (e.g. hospital, medical practice, clinic) interest in receiving novel H1N1 influenza vaccine.
  • Only one person, the one most likely to be in charge of coordinating H1N1 vaccine activities for the facility/practice/organization, should register.

Non-HCS Users:  Click here if you do not yet have a Health Commerce System account, already pre-registered, and now need to complete your registration by signing the provider agreement.

  • Your pre-registration Application Number that was located in the bottom right corner of your confirmation page is required. This number will retrieve your pre-registration information.

  • H1N1 PIN is required to place an H1N1 vaccine order
  • You will need 1) the registration application number from the congratulations/confirmation page received after completing the registration process on the website, and 2) the professional license number for the Medical Director associated with the application
